Brad Davidson, Co-Founder, Author, & Performance Specialist at Stark, in Irvine, CA is a highly respected nutrition and fitness expert, a world renowned strength coach, and an international speaker on the topic of metabolism and performance enhancement. Any recommendations on where to go for the food sensitivity/allergy testing that was mentioned a couple times?

Josh, love the site man! Was hoping you could clear something up for me. I downloaded one of your paleo chart thingys from this website and you recommend for weight loss not to exceed 50g of carbs per day (I think it was 50. Between 20-50 or something.) My question is this:
I have read that the body will always produce 100g of carbs per day whether it receives these carbs directly through carb intake or through gluconeogenesis. Is this true? If it is true then isn’t it also true that it makes no sense for people to make sure that they are eating below 100g of carbs?
