Amy’s Two-Second Takeaway: If you’re really physically hungry, vegetables will sound good. If you’re only hungry if there is a cookie, ice cream, chips, etc. involved – then you’re probably not truly hungry but rather, bored, angry,stressed, sad, etc. or the food is just ‘there’. Try cuing into the reasons behind why you’re eating or want to eat.
