Argh: Once again, the Wolf-Parsley podcast had no details on the “sleep cocktail.” Most likely Doc Parsley is now holding the “sleep cocktail” formula close to the vest in hopes of commercializing it; can’t say I blame him. Oh well.

So good. As a woman with 5 years without my period and struggling with hormone balancing while working with natureopaths (and I’m a Kalish student and FDN practioner), I was ear to podcast listening for any tidbit. Looking forward to the girly one. Wondering if all else is right on (diet, sleep, okay maybe not work-stress), if there is any hope in “goosing” my hormones by taking the hormones that take some skillful work to get your hands on.

We always hear so much about xenoestrogens. Are there any compounds out there we’re exposed to regularly that mimic testosterone? Just curious…
I know there are supplements and protocols that can help raise testosterone levels naturally, but I wonder if there are any environmental compounds that would affect testosterone the way the plastics, soy, etc., influence estrogen.
