Ingredients:
1 lb. ground beef
2 med. onions chopped
1 cup chopped green pepper
1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1 large can (28 oz.) chopped tomatoes
1 med. sweet potato, sliced and quartered
2 tsps. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/8 tsp. paprika
Instructions: Stir ground beef, onion and green pepper in large pot until meat is brown and veggies are tender. Drain off excess fat. Stir in remaining ingredients. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
