Servings: 8 but depends on how hungry you are
Ingredients:
2 Tbs Organic Olive Oil
2 Organic Yellow Onion
2 Organic Green Pepper
3 Adobo Chili Pepper
1 1/2 cups Organic Brown Mushrooms sliced or quartered
4 Organic Carrots
3 lbs Ground Organic Bison
3 links Mild Italian Sausage – local
3 cloves Organic Garlic
3 tbsp ground Chili,
3 tsp oregano, mustard powder, cumin, and a slight sprinkle of curry powder
2 cans Organic canned tomoato
1 organic canned tomato paste
3tbsp Grade B Maple Syrup
chopped cilantro
Instructions: cook the onions, carrots, and garlic in the the oil until soft; add garlic and cook for a min or two; add curry powder and chili powder until very fragrant; add meat and brown; add the rest of the ingredients and simmer for an hour or as long as you want. Add maple syrup in the last half hour of cooking. Garnish with cilantro.
Notes: If you like it spicy add more adobo if not skip it. Some people don’t like cilantro, i LOVE it so i add it to almost everything.
