•2 pounds ground chicken, dark meat
•1 tablespoon chili powder
•1 (28 ounce) can diced tomatoes
•1 large sweet potato – peeled and shredded
•2 cups chicken stock
•2 pablano chilis – diced
•2 tablespoons tamari
•2 teaspoons sea salt
•1 tablespoon garlic powder
•1 tablespoon onion powder
•1 teaspoon dried oregano
•1 teaspoon ground cumin
•¼ teaspoon cinnamon
1.Place ground chicken and other ingredients into your crock pot.
3.Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours. Stir and serve.
Notes: The dark meat makes for a moist, flavorful chili but you can substitute white meat if must!
Topped with creamy, ripe avocado this chili just might get more attention than the game does! It freezes very well so don’t worry about making too much!
