Delicious! Anyone know how to say gluten in Danish? 🙂

It’s pretty much the same pronouncement, and the spelling is also the same.

Thanks for the pressure cooker recipe. I’ve been wanting to get one but didn’t know how to use it except for what I’ve seen on Iron Chef. Time to start researching. Good stuff.
BTW, I think that is butternut squash not acorn squash.

Gluten is gluten in Danish, so no problemos there, Jesse.
Hi Robb, just wanted to say hi and also that I really enjoyed your seminar in Hellerup. Excellent content. Also great that you were able to navigate gluten free in my country.
I remember you mentioning briefly Sjögren’s and the way that neolithic foods are possible players in this disease. I forgot to ask you specifically in the Q&A afterwards, but gave Nikki my card and asked her to forward the question to you.
Could you point me in any usable direction, a study, anything? My MIL suffers from this and I would like to help her out.
/Michael

Hey Robb, I have a friend with Sjogren’s and she is going crazy. Any chance you can send to me what you sent to Michael? Thanks so much.

Thanks so much Robb. I should have given her my copy of your book months ago.
