A huge thank you to everyone who came out for the fun this weekend! Day 1 saw folks sitting through my drivel, day 2 was the dry run for Mat Lalonde and Bobbi Millsaps. Those wild kids will be presenting the bulk of the certs on the east coast!
Mat and Bobbi did an outstanding job today. Very impressed, very excited about their participation in the program.

Great nutrition cert this past weekend! We immediately decided to jump into managing nutrition and started this morning!
I used The Zone calculator to estimate LBM. I came out with a requirement for 23 blocks per day (18% body fat).That’s a lot of food, especially since, according to the calculations, I need to lose 15-20 lbs of fat to drop to the sub 15% zone. Even when I estimate my blks based on where I want to be (12-14% body fat) I’m still getting a requirement for 20-23 blks. Do I follow this routine or arbitrarily establish a blk requirement lower than that calculated?

I have been following The Zone for 3 years and I started doing Zone Paleo and following Robb’s website the difference has been amazing. This cert educated me on why and how it works which will help me with my clients. Hands down best cert I have ever been to. Thanx Robb

As a mother there were many ‘ah ha’ moments and I am so thankful that you covered a bit about kids in the class. As a teacher it generated tons of ideas which I plan to incorporate into my school’s menu and fitness program. I haven’t stopped raving about the course and Robb. Keep up the great work!

I just signed up for your cert in North Carolina this December and I’m bringing 3 other people(possibly more) as well. How does the cert I’m attending differ from the Paleo Brands cert? Also, we would love to host either cert here in connecticut. since I don’t believe you have done a cert here i’m quite sure we could sell it out easily. I own the 2 largest boxes in the state and we are opening what will be the largest one(6500 sq ft ) this october. The Paleo Brands is just a seminar and will only cover a bit of the material I hit in the CrossFit Nutrition cert. Prof. Cordain will hit the “why’s” of paleo, I’ll hit our clinical experience and John Welbourn will bring in his perspective as a professional athlete and coach. So now that I’m done gushing I’ll ask one easy to answer question. I’ve been doing a 16 block 50% Carb Paleo Zone and seeing great results. I’m starting the 50% daily carbs PWO and wanted to get your opinion of doing mainly fruit in that meal. I seem to be able to get fresh berries and fresh pineapple in a lot better PWO than anything else. I guess my new concern is glycemic load of that much fruit.

I had the pleasure of attending your Ft. Leavenworth nutrition cert, and I can honestly say it was some of the best money I’ve ever spent. Since the cert, I’ve lost twelve pounds of body fat, and I’ve been able to ween myself off of my Lisinopril blood pressure meds while maintaining normal BP. My workouts are also showing some good improvement, and I’ve never felt this healthy before. Thanks for everything!
