Dave Werner took us to the cafe next to his gym called Dish. I used to live about a mile from here and loved walking down from Phinney Ridge. Pictured is an amazing 4 egg Greek omlette with fetta cheese, red onions, kalamatta olives…damn it was good! The fruit was great as well: blood orange, grapes, kiwi and a few other goodies. I just finished olifting and a short met-con so this was a perfect meal for a little recovery. Not pictured: More Coffee!

Robb,
Bad ass breakfast brother! Blood Oranges Rule!
Today I went out and got some cod liver oil to supp with my fish oil. But I was just reading an interview with Dr.Rosedale where he says if you are to supp with cod liver oil to take some vitamin E because they can be highly oxidizable. Without the vitamin E he said it could do more harm them good? What are you thoughts on this? Go with Vit E or not? Thanks man!
robbwolf says
Ben-
Most good fish oils have some E in it…you are likely fine. Carlson’s is a great brand that follows this. Keep it cold, keep it dark and things should be good.

I thought cheese is on the bad list for cavemen? I just got done reading your book and I thought cheese is something we’re supposed to stay away from. A lot of your road forager posts have cheese as an ingredient? Can you clarify that?
Robb Wolf says
Lacey-
I’m not sick, I only rarely eat it. And when I’m on the road, just doing the best I can.
