This was a great episode. Eva being an Olympic athlete gives a unique perspective that I found very interesting. I was planning to enroll my daughter in gymnastics when she’s old enough and it’s reaffirming to hear someone of her caliber also recommend it. I also enjoyed listening to the early history bits on the paleo and crossfit communities.
