I think most of you know Ido Portal but if not you may get a chance to train with him in person. Ido will be providing workshops in the basics of his approach to physical expression drawing from gymnastics, Capoeira, Equilibre and several other disciplines. I consider myself to be damn fortunate in calling Ido “friend”. he is one of the rare few who not only have remarkable physical and mental gifts, but he works his ass off to develop himself in every way.
Contact Ido directly to book a workshop or to obtain his current schedule.

I can say without reservation that implementing Ido’s training methods and Floreio practice into your life will pay off huge dividends. He has a wealth of info to learn from and mostly teaches by DOING, not by talking. You could keep yourself busy with challenging, fun training starting at any level, just from watching his Youtube channel!
He is super generous with his knowledge and does a great job of breaking down the movements into easily digestible pieces. It takes dedication and hard work like anything else worth getting good at. But my performance, balance, strength, flexibility, and ability to impress people at a party have gone through the roof! I have never even met him in person but his online resources are that good. Huge props.

I want to see someone 72″ or taller doing this stuff. I swear the balance and bodyweight training is a bit more challenging for the tall cats. I wish I was a little bit smaller, nope not taller, like the opposite of a baller.

This guy is over 70 inches tall, I have met him in person.
Now stop making excuses and go train some balancing.

holycrap. I just fell in love. As a former-gymnast that sure makes me want to get my planche back. Those moves are like yoga-on-crack. Inspiring.

INSPIRING!! I’ve always looked at the arm balances in yoga as “I dare you yoga” – and I love it! This takes it to a new level!! Any chance Ido is going to be around the Pacific Northwest (maybe even Canada…) any time soon? Would love to come to a workshop!
