For all the other species/subspecies of human, you listed their diet after their group name: for “modern homo sapiens” you have them EATING MODERN HOMO SAPIENS!

And, while I’m at it (sorry, the editorial eye never sleeps…):
The Upper Paleolithic Man did not eat “End of Pleistocene” — not even cooked!
In “Okay to Eat” you have “Health Fats” (missing the “y”).
In the menus, you should drop the decimal (it’s the only one; and really, no one is counting decimals in calories — and if they are, they need to quit!) in the also:
Misspelled “Tukey” Sandwich.
I realize it’s didactic — but y’all really need to run your stuff past an editor, cause what you do is important!!

Also, in the very first panel with the caveman in the middle, I read point #2 as “Many (cavemen) cultivated grains and legumes”… (perceiving ‘cultivated’ as a verb rather than an adjective because of the word ‘many’)..And I was like HUH? what??
You should drop the ‘many’ and just have ‘2. Cultivated grains and legumes.’ Or, maybe “2. The majority of cultivated grains and legumes” instead.
Great infographic though; just wanted to help!! Keep doing what you’re doing! 🙂 🙂

It looks great, but I have a couple issues. So, the “sample” paleo diet. 333g of salmon and some cantaloupe for dinner…333g is almost 12 ounces. That’s a LOT of meat for a single portion, and not much veg or extra fat. I know salmon is a fatty fish, but I always find I need extra fat in my meals or I get hungry. I feel like your model needs a bit less protein and more healthy fats and vegetables. Also, the snack should include a protein and a fat, otherwise it’s not very satiating and the fruit is just a sugar bomb.

Cordain argues that our Paleolithic ancestors did not have control of fire to prepare legumes. Ok, but Is it not possible that they mashed and fermented them (as well as grains) to make a nutritious slurry?

333 grams of salmon is not a lot of salmon to me or anyone I eat with.
Picking over the details feels a little bit beside the point through; the point is a general comparison not some idealised perfect paleo meal.
On another note – man are these comments not moderated at all??
Someone can be so rude to someone else for pointing out errors (which were then corrected, so apparently pointing them out was perfectly valid) and that, rude and spiteful comment is allowed? Really?? C’mon!
