In the first part, you listed millet as containing gluten. A lot of supposedly gluten-free products actually contain millet.
Are you saying that it’s like oats (something that might be close enough that the immune system can’t tell the difference) or did you mis-speak?
I was surprised you did not mention spelt, since it’s one of those healthy-halo grains that a lot of people thinks is “low-gluten”, whatever that means.

Yea, millet, spelt. I guess what I’m tryin to get across is all grains are potentially problematic, some worse than others.
