Mary Boudreau Conover says
Eva is my good friend and I thought that I knew her well. However, she doesn’t ever really talk about herself and her decades of training, experience and history as an athlete. Sure, she offers spontaneous opinions, advice and direction based on her vast experience. The problem is that most folks, including the trainers she trains, simply do not realize the incredibly valuable depth of hard won knowledge that she is speaking from. Here is a woman who has been through every type and phase of physical and mental training to form her as an Olympic athlete. She knows intimately the good and bad of that experience and what it has done to her body. Better still, she is intelligent enough to know what part of that needs to be passed on, not only to elite athletes in training, but to every one of us who wants to be strong, healthy, and happy. After listening to the full story of her life and the knowledge she has stored in that incredible brain, I would not hesitate to place myself in her competent hands for my physical training, including diet and overall health, both physical and mental. Sweet Eva, I never really knew you until now. Thank you, Robb, for bringing the complete Eva to all of us.
