Hi Amy is your KP still in remission?
Did you clear up after the diet?
Would love to hear an update
Thanks

I as well have keratosis pilaris (KP bumps) on the backside of my upper arms. I have had this for as long as I can remember, I’m a 50 year old caucasian female. Ever since I was a child, I have also had white dry patches on the backside of my knees. I’m guessing it’s genetics, since my father also had them. My father’s ethnicity is 50% Assyrian (middle eastern) from both my great-grandparents that were both born in Assyria/Persia. I don’t know if that has anything to do with it. The other 50% is mostly German. I’ve had sensitive reactive skin since I was a child and with age it just gets worse. In the shower I cannot tolerate water warmer then room temperature or I’m uncomfortable. I spend hours in the shower trying to shrub my irritated skin off. Then my skin is really dry. I can’t use moisturizing body washes or my skin is itchy and irritated. I only use clean beauty brands and organic products in my entire house. I also use a epilator to remove the hair from my entire body. Any suggestions?
Thank you,
Nikki Mirza
