Next time try Get Fresh across the street. It’s my favorite paleo breakfast joint. They use all grassfed meat.

Melissa-
they were closed!

Outrageous! You let them pour olive oil over your veggies instead of bacon fat? I’m so disappointed, Robb. At least tell me they cooked your eggs in bacon fat, not canola oil.

The olive Oil on my veggies is part of why CF fired me. HUGE FAIL.

Looks yummy, but shouldn’t the eggs be cooked thoroughly for bacterial reasons? Or does this only consider that the white be cooked thoroughly? Just wondering cause I love my eggs poached, but hate hard yolks all the time.
Robb Wolf says
Koshi-
this is my version of “living dangerously”.

Robb,
Random question for you…That ‘norovirus’ is going around (at least in my area). Everyone says eat crackers and rice for the upset stomach which is counterproductive in my opin. what do YOU reccommend for this sort of heinous exorsist type of stomach bug?? I was thinking coconut water would help (i heard it had antiemetic properties), any thoughts???
thanks,
Danielle
Robb Wolf says
Danielle-
Fruit, broth and easy to digest items. Some folks do not tolerate fruit though (celiac, severe gluten intolerance) so it may just be broth and soups.

That’s basically my breakfast every morning. Delicious!

Already on the menu! Grey to see you this weekend. See you again when we do Philly and we will hang at Che-Wood!

I have to teach a nutrition course every few weeks and have to rave about the merits of “My Pyramid”, the evils of saturated fat, etc. During our breaks I eat my eggs with coconut cream in them, bacon and almonds. This is my kind of meal!
