Consulting

If you are interested in a consultation here are a few things to keep in mind:
1-I’m not a meal planner

But I play one on TV. Just kidding! Here are the folks I recommend for meal  planning:

Amy Kubal RD-

Amy is one of about 4 Registered Dietitians I have met who “gets it”. She is completely versed in Paleo/Zone concepts, an accomplished athlete and even has some ties to Prof. Cordain’s camp via some circuitous routes. I’d recommend Amy if you have a significant health issue you want addressed via meal planning. That said, she is right at home working with elite level athletes or helping folks look good nekk’d.

Kelly Frankson

Kelly aka “The Machine” has an extensive background in competitive athletics and is currently a competitive Olympic Weightlifter. Kelly is familiar with all Paleo/Zone concepts and has trained in the Poliquin Biosignature method. Kelly can do it all but the strength oriented athlete might be a particularly good fit. Because of the Biosignature background Kelly can help with tough fat loss.

Melissa Urban

Melissa has “learned by doing” and has become righteously adept at meal planning. She understands the nuances of Paleo/Zone nutrition and is particularly adept at helping people find the specific nutritional approach that will work for them. If you need a little extra attention, Melissa might be your best bet.

Johny Pain

Johny is adept at helping people add SIGNIFICANT amounts of muscle mass and strength. If you are interested in getting bigger and stronger, I highly recommend Johny.

2-I’m not a hand holder

I REALLY like helping people and if you work with me I will do my damndest to help you achieve your goals, be they performance, health or longevity. That said, I am not a therapist, spiritualist or self-help person. Everyone has shit going on, but if you eat a paleo diet, sleep 8-9hrs per night and exercise once in a while I’d be shocked if the rest of your life woes do not dramatically improve. If you are lacking in sleep, Paleo foods or exercise, do your best to fix it. See! You don’t need to call me! You can do all this on your own, Tiger!

3-READ THE FRACKING FAQ!!
Find your topic and read about it. Pick a few other topics and read about those. Chances are your questions have already been answered. Even if they have not, if you educate yourself as much as possible you can ask better questions AND understand what the hell I’m talking about. It is your nickel, but try to get the most out of it, ok?

4-Google

It STILL amazes me that folks do not put a search term like (infertility) into Google. At the very least use this amazing tool to educate yourself before talking to me (or anyone else for that matter). If this shit matters to you take it seriously!

5-Phoner
Ok, if I have not scared you away and you still want to book some time together, simply enquire via the contact form to check for availability and schedule an appointment. My fee is $150/hr for the first consult, $125 for subsequent appointments. I also have a half-hour fee of $80. Most folks would be fine with this option. Several affiliates have been using a conference call function so they can have 5-10 clients listen in and ask questions. It’s the same hour for me either way.
