Hi! Great episode, full of interesting info. I tend to agree with you on Crossfit and gymnastics too. I think gymnastics is one of the hardest sports there is. On another note, too bad if the Big Short guy will be right about water. Hope that won’t come to pass. (PS: I love that quote by your grandfather.)
