Following the Harvard lecture: “Eat Meat and Save the Planet”
Please join The Savory Institute, Allan Savory, and Mat Lalonde PhD for a delectable soiree dinner event at Upstairs on the Square. The entire menu has been master-crafted by the skilled chefs at Upstairs to be deliciously gluten, grain, and dairy free. The meal will be comprised of the finest local ingredients and prepared to be both Paleo and Weston Price friendly. The 100% grass-fed ribeye steaks have been graciously donated by Savenor’s Butcher and Market, sourced from a multi-generational family ranch they work with in Maine. The beef is 21 days dry aged, an old-world process that maximizes both tenderness and flavor. Beef of this caliber makes for a truly exceptional eating experience that you won’t soon forget.
Join us for this special evening filled with camaraderie, a superb gourmet meal, and support for our amazing cause of restoring the world’s grasslands, empowering pastoralists, and reversing climate change.
For $125 you will recieve a dinner ticket in addition to a complimentary VIP seat at the Harvard lecture from 6pm to 8pm where both Allan and Mat will be speaking.
