Pumpkin Chili

Servings: 8

2 lb. grass-fed ground beef
l large onion, chopped
l green chili, chopped
l 15oz. can pumpkin
1 6oz. can tomato paste
l clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions: Brown the ground beef.  Add the onion and chili and cook until soft. Add remaining ingredients. Add water or broth to thin if needed. Cover and simmer 45 minutes.
