Servings: 2-3
Ingredients:
2T ground cumin
1T garlic powder
1T onion powder
1T 1t chili powder
1t oregano
1t sea salt
1/2 lb ground beef
3T tomato paste
water
optional:
3T coconut oil
2 chopped bell peppers
1/4 t cayenne
Instructions: Premix dry spices in a bowl.
Saute peppers in coconut oil.
Add ground beef and spices.
Brown ground beef
Add tomato paste and enough water so that it doesn’t stick and the tomato paste blends in.
Cook at medium low heat until time to serve, adding water as necessary. (For me, this is five minutes or so unless I get distracted, however, I understand many people slow cook chili.)
Add water so that it is the consistency you like.
Serve.
