Happy Holidays!

Just wanted to wish everyone a Happy Holiday and to thank folks for the support the past few years but the last month or so in particular. You really learn who your friends are when the world goes ass-up.

I’m going to be traveling until the 4th of January, I think i have a few blog posts set to pop up on thier own. I have never tinkered with this feature so keep your fingers crossed! Andy will be keeping an eye on the next podcast so that should be up Tuesday. So, if your comment does not get moderated for several days, I may not have internet access.

I am seriously looking forward to 2010!! Finish the book, Paleo Brands and Loren Cordain Seminars…good stuff.

    Robb,

Hope you enjoy your holidays. Never posted before, but I have been Crossfitting for two years now and love it here at Crossfit St. Louis. I’m 48 years old and father of two. Sorry to read about all the recent drama, but after listening to your podcasts with Andy, I can tell you are extremely bright and I have no worries about your future. I think you’re great, and can’t wait to hear more! Keep it up and know you have our full support!

Good stuff Robb. Your podcasts kept me company on today’s two torturous flights across the country.

Merry Christmas to you and Nicki. Meeting and learning from you this past year was one of the best gifts I gave to myself as it has led to better health for my family, friends, clients and myself. Hope you soon make it to Crossfit Las Vegas to share more paleo info. Keep the podcast coming. They make my work day go by in a wonderfully educational and entertaining fashion. Thanks for all you do, standing up for what you believe and being a consistent voice. Happy New Year.

I just want to say thank you. From the bottom of my heart thank you. I started checkeing out your blog as a result of a comment on main site about the Black Box Summit. Google is a very valuable tool. Just weeks later I am felling better than i have ever felt in my life ( aparently no 3-4 week period of low carb diet adjustment for me!). I sleep better, I’m stronger, I’m faster, I have more endurance and MOST importantly my wife who is 8 weeks pregnant now knows why her entire family has severe gi problems. ALL

Ahhh . . . love that photo. Hope that’s where you’ll be, and I really hope you’re *not* online moderating posts. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you and Nicki, Robb, and to all folks of good will everywhere.

    Robb,

Happy holidays, and thanks for maintaining your site! It’s been a tremendous resource to my own training and life.

Thought I’d share/link to Dr. Kurt Weil’s latest post. It’s amazing. Details measurable CrossFit performance gains when switching to a very low-carb Paleo; not that it will be a surprise to you, but anyway:

    Can’t wait for the book.

    happy holidays,

Oops, should be Dr. Kurt HARRIS, not Kurt Weil. Obviously got my German playwrights and Paleo radiologists confused.

      Mike!
We really liked that area. We spent time in little corn last year, Grand Pacific this year and are looking at Belize in a few months.
